Tara Mokhtari's The Bloomsbury Introduction to Creative Writing is the ideal introduction to creative writing... Tara is a fabulous poet, a talented fiction writer and a gifted teacher and this is an insider's guide that's full of highly useful steps to guide the beginning or the apprentice writer along the path to creative fulfilment. Tara's warmth, sensitivity, intelligence and bravery shine through this valuable introduction.
[Anxiety Soup] …left a lasting impression on this reviewer. Powerful stuff. Anxiety Soup is poetry that is contemporary in its themes, accessible, and enjoyable.
...The original writing is fresh and cleverly structured with an ingenious sense of the dramatic twist and the theatrical surprise.
Tara Mokhtari is a writer to watch for in the future.
